The EVA foam construction provides a padded layer between you and the underlying floor. Its 40mm thickness helps cushion contact during kneeling, stretching and floor exercises.

Double-sided colour

Each mat can be used with either the black or grey side facing up. Alternate the sides to mark out training zones, borders or individual practice areas without purchasing separate colours.

Interlocking edges

The jigsaw edges fit together to connect adjoining mats and help keep them aligned. Mats can be separated to rearrange your layout or pack the training area away. Removable edge strips provide straight edges around the outside of the assembled area.
